Place is usually good. I don't know what happened tonight. I walked in to place a order, and had to wait cause they were busy on the phone. Another person walks in few moments later and stands to the side as I stand in front of the counter. One of the cooks stops what they are doing to attend to the customers. He looks past me and ask the person that came behind me if they need help. Kindly the person says he was here first. The cooks look at me. I placed my order. I’m used to love ordering from this establishment , However I recently had an unprofessional encounter with this establishment. The delivery driver hounded me for a tip and I always tip. I did not tip him due to him, hounding me for a tip. He seemed to say something nasty to me under his breath. This was a very unprofessional experience today and I’m extremely disappointed. 44.00 I got chicken egg foo young, fantail shrimp, shrimp toast, egg fried rice, asked for pan seared wontons and got deep fried. Food was just horrible no flavor just bland. I found a piece of hair in my sweet and sour shrimp that was 100% NOT mine- different length and color. This place should not be called yum yum it should be called yuck yuck because this is actually disgusting. I will not be ordering again sorry
