Yi Mei is my boyfriend and I 's favorite breakfast/brunch spot! Ever since I showed him this place, it 's become a part of our routine every time we see each other. Our favorite dishes are the fan tuan with pickled veg, the turnip cake with egg, the beef noodle soup, and the fish roll. The complimentary garlic and chili sauces are a definitely must as well!Fan Tuan with Pickle Veg for those unfamiliar with Taiwanese breakfast, fan tuan translates to rice roll. Fan tuan at Yi Mei consists of Chinese doughnut (you tiao), shredded pork floss, and spiced pickled veggies all wrapped up in sticky rice. Make sure you ask for the added on pickled veg! So, so delicious! I think it 's flavorful enough...

One of the favorite Taiwanese restaurants for the locals here. Many of my Taiwanese friends who visit LA would make a special trip to come here to eat. During the pandemic, they only offer take out service. To facilitate the ordering process, you can order online or call in your order. They offer all of my favorite Taiwanese food here especially breakfast items. The rice rolls are excellent and authentic. I particularly like their sesame flatbread with eggs. This breakfast item is crispy and nutritious. I also like their Hot soy milk. For many Chinese, this is a morning stable drink. Every time I come here, I have to have a soy milk drink. Yi MEI has done a good job on this drink. Fried doug...

Taiwanese breakfast! They are located in the corner. Parking is easy in the morning but small parking spots. Food is great but the price is high and they don?t include the sauce in your bag? you?d have to get it yourself which defeats the purpose of take out.. The soy milk doesn?t have sugar so add your own sugar when you?re there before you leave. I always come back here but just always forget the sauces so I?m disappointed in myself and the restaurant when I get home..

This restaurant may not look like much, but their beef noodle soup has some of the best broth I’ve ever tasted. The egg pancake is fantastic, and the xiao long bao (dumplings) were excellent as well. I highly recommend this place! However, seating is limited, so it might be a good idea to order for takeout if you can’t get a table. The prices are very reasonable too. Book a table now

We love stopping here on our way back home to the Bay Area! I love that this place is quick and a nice order to go place! So glad this place is a fun spacious place. They even have a bathroom so good pit stop. The food is always a hit. We love all the yummy easy to eat food while on the road! My boys love the noddles, sandwiches, and onion pancakes!

If you've ever been to Taiwan, this place serves many of the tradition Taiwanese breakfast dishes. They have the salty soy milk with Chinese donut dish, a dish I can't seem to find at other places in LA. Enjoyed all the dishes. Not required but leave some tip after eating. The dishes are really affordable. Come in for breakfast.

During our first visit, we ordered pork chop rice, salty rice rolls, juicy pork dumplings, soy milk, and daikon cake. Everything was delicious, except for the dumplings. I will definitely come back! Please note that they accept credit cards only for purchases over $25, so be prepared with cash if you spend less!

This is a fantastic breakfast spot for Taiwanese cuisine. The beef roll was incredibly juicy and flavorful, nicely complemented by the fresh cilantro. The daikon cake was delicious and had a delightful melt-in-your-mouth texture. However, the fantuan was just average. Book a table now

Favorite Taiwanese breakfast place in town! Must get her fan as (love mine with purple rice), extra crispy beet cake and both hot and cold soy milk (cold comes with sugar). You even have baked goods!! Remember me at home
