Yi Fang is one of the better tea places out there if you want authentic, customizable Taiwanese style drinks. My go to teas are often the milk tea and fruit teas with less sweetness and less ice. The drinks here taste fresh. If a tea shop can’t adjust the sweetness, you know the drinks are probably premade hours beforehand and just sitting in the fridge. Love this place and will come here whenever I am in the area, or their other shops spread throughout So Cal because in my opinion they are one of the best. Cheers.
I’m a huge fan of fruity teas, so I was thrilled with my experience here, especially given the name. The store had a slightly musty smell, but the tea was excellent. The ordering devices were a bit slow for some reason. I tried the lychee green tea and was pleasantly surprised to find real, whole lychees in it. It wasn’t overly sweet, and it was incredibly refreshing.

The passion fruit and kumquat beverage, made with 50% ice and 30% sugar, was delightful. It wasn't as sour as I had anticipated; in fact, the passion fruit seeds were quite bland compared to the real fruit, which is usually very tangy. Overall, the drink leaned more towards sweet rather than sour, but the lime added a bit of bitterness the longer it sat in there.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I paid $5.24 for winter melon tea, but after taking one sip, I found the lemon that came with it ruined the taste and made it undrinkable. The staff was unhelpful and refused to replace it for free, so I ended up leaving it full on the counter.
This Taiwanese import offers perfectly customized boba drinks. My favorite combination is 50% ice and 50% sweetness for the passion fruit boba and brown sugar boba milk teas. It’s a deliciously sweet treat!
This place looks so cute! Order your drink from the kiosk. Staff is friendly. Most drinks are custom. I recommend Black tea and brown sugar latte. Drinks are delicious!

I absolutely love the brown pearl milk tea here! This is the only boba place I really enjoy. I highly recommend it!
