Just don't go, just don't. The food has been okay in the past, nothing has ever been good, just okay. Tried to grab a quick bite before a film couple of days ago it was rough. We ordered and we're the only ones there, over the next 25-30 minutes we waited as two other orders came in, and waited, granted only two people were working, this was a Friday night. Finally our food comes and the chicken teriyaki was hard and overcooked, katsu was also hard overcooked. After just stomaching what we could I went to the bathroom to wash up and holy whoa! The air in there was palpable, I could taste the odor it was shocking, if your business uses deep fryers you must clean your grease traps and plumbing...
This restaurant is in a terrible location. The air conditioning was not working and no one acknowledged my presence or said hello for at least 5-10 minutes. I ordered a regular-sized bowl but received a large bowl filled with food instead. Due to a health condition, I rely on nutrition information and receiving the wrong size completely threw off my meal plan. Additionally, the crab in the dish tasted strange. Overall, Yogis Grill is typically good, but only if you visit a different location. Unfortunately, this particular one is not up to par.
My husband and I decided to visit this location after always going to the one at Norterra. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location. The cashier, or whoever she was that checked us out, was rude, silent, and seemed to not enjoy being there at all. When I asked a few questions at checkout, she only responded with a head nod and rolled her eyes as if I was foolish for asking. The management needs to consider hiring someone else, as her behavior may deter customers from returning to the restaurant.
I called because I received the most grotesque cucumbers Ive ever laid my eyes on. And the man straight up told me they were mishandling food. He told me they were previously frozen cucumbers. The food danger zone is 40F-140F YOU CANT BE SERVING THIS!! This is growing bacteria!!! Looking at my cucumbers there is straight up white film/slime coming off of it and he argued that it just wasnt happening. This is disgusting bro, no cucumber should be making white slime and bending like a piece of hair Book a table now
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The cashier was not necessarily rude, but she seemed very uncomfortable taking my order. It was clear that she was not enjoying her job. After my order was finally prepared, nobody bothered to bring it to my table so I had to go up and get it myself. The food was not only cold and tasted awful, but the size of the sushi pieces was ridiculously large. I hope the owner sees this review and makes some much-needed improvements to the restaurant.
The sushi has a decent taste overall, but it's cut in very large pieces. Sushi should be bite-sized, but these pieces are huge. Additionally, the soda machine was not working, yet they still sold us drinks and we had to request a refund. It seems like they should know not to sell sodas if the machine is broken. The prices they charge are not worth it for such mediocre food.
The young cashier with the gold chains on,has to learn how to multitask,take other people's order instead of have them wait 15 minutes just to order while he deals with one customer about code for payment purchased or somethingl Was late returning from my lunch break but the food was good.Food: 5/5
I will never return to this restaurant. I drove 15 minutes to get a simple salad, only to be told they were out of lettuce. The grocery store is just one minute away - they could easily go get some, or find someone who can. It's as simple as that. I rate the food 1 out of 5. Book a table now
Just don 't go they don 't want your business. Got there when they opened on Monday can 't get sushi because rice is too hot and needs 25 min to cool REALLY!! YOU CAN 'T HAVE IT READY TO GO AT OPENING!!!! RUN DON 'T WALK AWAY.
