I was unexpectedly charged almost $40 at this Ontario restaurant about a year later. I have been patiently waiting for a refund and response from the restaurant, but they have still not provided an answer. This is unacceptable! If you are craving frozen yogurt, I recommend visiting a Menchi location or a different establishment altogether. Due to their faulty system causing a $40 charge, I advise taking your business elsewhere to avoid being intentionally overcharged. It is outrageous to charge a customer again after 31 days, let alone a whole year - this amounts to theft in essence.
This restaurant is fantastic. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a great Wednesday deal where you can get any 16oz frozen yogurt with toppings for only $5. My son and I were so full after enjoying our delicious treats. We have visited this place many times during the summer since it is so close to our home. However, we had a craving for something sweet tonight and decided to stop by. It was a great decision!
Caution! There is credit card fraud at this restaurant! My wife and I were recently charged at this restaurant after not visiting for months. It appears that they may be storing and reusing our credit card information. We are currently investigating with their corporate office, but they have been of little help. We recommend paying cash or avoiding this restaurant altogether.
We enjoy frozen yogurt from Yogurtland chain, but this particular franchise or location does not meet the same quality standards. The machines are often low, the establishment is not well-maintained, the floors are consistently dirty, and the staff lacks friendliness.

I took my kids to this yogurt shop. I'm sure the employees can wait until the customers leave to sweep, but a small girl was right behind us, almost between our feet. It was very rude and lacked common sense. I will never come back.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive. They quickly fixed any issues with the food. I highly recommend the pistachio yogurt.
This is our favorite location. Everytime we come in the place is always clean. The bar is always wiped down. Staff is always nice.
