Yong Wang Kitchen is a standout Chinese takeout spot in the East Islip/Islip Terrace area. What sets them apart is their consistent quality. Unlike other places that may have different cooks on rotation, Yong Wang always delivers. Their sweet and sour chicken is consistently tender and fresh, and their vegetable fried rice is packed with more veggies than most places. No more disappointing containers of rice with barely any vegetables. The service is fast, with most orders ready in 10-15 minutes, and the staff is always friendly when you walk in.
I visited this restaurant today and placed an online order. When I arrived, my order was not ready, so I had to place another order. I ordered the boneless BBQ ribs and gave specific instructions to the man on how I wanted them prepared. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed as the ribs were tough to chew and very dry. I will not be returning.
Went there went I wash doing wash because I really wanted pork fried rice got it no veggies very little pork very little tastes had to put a lot of duck sauce in it for any taste not happy really wanted pork fried rice
This restaurant provides excellent service and tasty food. It is my favorite place to eat in town. The food and drinks were served quickly and at reasonable prices. I will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Boneless Ribs were not bad. Soup was bland tho. No extra pieces of any meat or even veggies in it at all. Didn’t come with crispy noodle bag even a small one. Not a bad price.

I broke my tooth last week after biting into a small bone in my pork fried rice. It was unbelievable. I will not be ordering from this restaurant anymore.
The staff is friendly, the prices are very affordable, the food is good, and the packaging for individual orders is impressive. Great job, keep it up!
