My first visit as expected, no disapointment as it is a multi city established brand in Switzerland. Both the roll as well as the sushi were tasty, although for ppl accustomed to eat Japanese cuisine only in Asia, their cooking level if the sushi rice is longer, resulting in very soft rice. Their broth in the hot beef soba noodle soup is succulent and well spiced. The boiled beef is of superior quality and tender without being dry. The veggies have vibrant colour and are al dente, with a bit of a bite. Staffprocedures are efficient and helpful.
Comfortable, fast and good service. The only place to get many different sushi combinations in the nearby region. Special great joy today to meet the best friendly sales staff who also come from Taiwan.
Very expensive, but finally it's good sushi. You don't have as much choice as the other larger shops like those in Zurich, but it's a beautiful place. Very nice waiters.
The restaurant is good and the staff was really nice. The system that you use to order is fun, really easy to order even if you know nothing about Japanese cuisine.
