They are letting the homeless people walk in with their own containers, taking water and ice from the soda and ice dispenser. Worker don't said something to them...
The meat is overcooked, with only 4 small pieces of chicken served alongside unappetizing rice and vegetables. Better off going to Panda Express instead.
