I came in on a Thursday night and was greeted with nothing but rudeness. Went I placed my order i had paid in ebt and didnt notify the cashier. This cashier was a older grouchy black lady with grey hair ! Customer service was so rude i couldn’t believe it ! Her attitude was so disrespectful i was going to leave the place without ordering. Owners and managers need to know who there hiring especially during covid I expected a nice friendly environment. 2/10 stars ! FIRE THAT LADY !
Better Yoshinoya in the area. They give you attitude on the simplest request. I order a combo xl and another plate of steak. I went back to the counter to order extra grilled teriyaki and decided to add extra fried rice to my steak order but the cashier kept on giving me attitude and made seem like it wasnt possible. Like I said there are Yoshinoya near by.
I have been going there for years. It was much better before. When I ordered my food it was cold and also they gave me the wrong order and I told the lady my order 3 times. The food and service is not like before. They give you less food in your combo bowl. I have to be looking for another yohinoya near me!!!Food: 1/5
Was starving on a Saturday night and Burger King closed early so i was just driving around and found this place open. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I walked in and Christian took my order right away. He was very professional and made my bowl personally exactly how ordered it. I will return here soon. Book a table now

Unfortunately, they were out of teriyaki sauce but they made it up to me by giving me spring rolls and cheesecake, which was very kind of them. The food was excellent, I would rate it a 5 out of 5.
I CAN EAT BEEF BOWL AT ANYTIME....JUST WISH THEY CAN BRING BACK THE CHOCOLATE CAKE AND THE ORIGINAL CHEESECAKE IN THE WRAP NOT THE CONTAINER. THE CHEESECAKE IS WAYYYYYY TOO SMALL !!!!
