Yoso Aromenküche By Sarah Henke

Located in the centre of Andernach, this Asian restaurant with fusion cuisine welcomes the guest with a charming décor in the Far Eastern style. The dishes are fine and subtle in the aromas, also like some sharpness. In the 6-speed menu, I was particularly impressed by the lamb of Tamarindensosse with Dattelmus. The courses are poorly prepared in carbohydrates. There is a well-sorted wine map with a focus on German Riesling. Especially nice I found that a week later a greeting with recipe of the fantastic Wan-Tan was sent by mail.

Very nice location and tasteful furnishings. The offered lunch menu was excellent and were accompanied by great products perfectly prepared with very beautiful aromas at both dishes. Nice friendly young service. Finally, I asked for the purchase of Ms. Henke’s cookbook. I was then handed over by the boss himself and had the opportunity to get a dedication and to have a nice conversation with her. Thank you, Mrs Henke. You are a very charming hostess.
