The food was so good, we came back a second time during our short stay in Andermatt! The dish that blown us away? The Alplermagronen: penne with cream, bacon served with apple puree and roasted onions. It's my personal preference not to add the puree into the pasta to avoid mixed sweet and savory taste. But the dish alone was awesome. Pizzas were great too.. Crust was crispy, ingredients were fresh.. Couldn't have it any better. Meals can't be complete with a Panache or a beer! Very fine. Great dough for the pizzas. Friendly staff. Fast service. Don't use the table next to the door in winter as it often opens with takeaways. It pulls brutally.
The place is super, very tasty, the pizza is excellent! The staff is always positive! I recommend!
