Food was Ok but make sure you ask for a copy of your food bill receipt to check that you have not been charged for items that you did not order. I found the this out today that the older lady at the till was not an honest person. She had overcharged me for on one large water of and a takeaway container of that I did not order. When I challenged her on these two items on my bill that were not on my yum cha sheet, she responded that she couldn’t understand how the cash till had made that error! She then reimbursed me my back. So be warned about this dishonest older lady at the till. We will not be eating there again!
the place was clean and spacious. the customer service was standard; a coworker was extremely rude and even rolled her eyes on us because we decided to get tee. eating was average; not amazing. all the objects were hot and good tasteful, but the taste was not as authentic as other places. the service is a little slow. we had to wait for the staff to kill them. the squirting tentacles taste terrible; not crispy at all and the taste is simply not there. the sections are also very small.
Probably the worst service I have experienced. We waited in line which was fair as we came at Sunday lunch for dim sum. Then so excited to finally be seated and nothing happened. We were totally ignored while other people around us weren’t. We weren’t even offered any chopsticks or tea. Our table was empty and staff were avoiding eye contact. After minutes of this we walked out and again no one noticed. So disappointing as we were starving.
Ok, I'll be frank. This place is the definition of lousy. It's dirty, unplesant, and the food seems to have arisen from a dumpster to a plate. It used to be semi-decent, but the prawns they use in their food tastes days rancid and the porridge is better described at lumpy, sodden, half-soaked grains in a chipped and stained china bowl. Please don't come here, Dragon Palace and Chin's are on this earth for a reason.

came through for some take away dim sum on Saturday night for people now ... takeaway dim sum is always a challenge, so given this, we were very happy the crispy squid tenacles are great, along with all the usual steamed noodles this place is very clean and friendly. we're coming back!
Had a good time coming here. I think they have great selection of yumcha including some unique options. The yumcha taste good and the staffs were friendly and quick too! I love their baked buns (bbq pork and pineapple custard). Price is a bit high though (compared to standard yumcha).
Came with a group of friends for Sunday dim sum. At noon time, we were told that some of the dim sum we wanted have sold out. Disappointed with the lack of choices available. Taste wise so so
this place has the best cakue I found in perth. apart from this huge teig, the foods were very thorough. the teig in the brei shake! location is good with large parking space.

The quality of food is just terrible compared to years ago. Service is slow, and it was shockingly expensive when we paid the bill. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
the pork was really good, plus the chakwe is great and tasty with perfect texture. other dimsun menu were only average
