ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. We are from NY and were visiting and this was close. We just wanted a light lunch, I had the Vegetable Ramen and my Husband had the pineapple fried rice. When I tell you his Rice had this dog kennel smell believe me!! Unbelievable, it smelled so bad I almost threw up, he couldn’t even eat it, it smelled like that or some type of chicken coupe. My ramen just looked gross and tasteless and wasn’t even hot. The waitress didn’t even care to ask if we didn’t like our food, or was there anything she can do? Would we like something else, Nothing! So that tells you just how “GREAT” their service is. We asked for the check and that’s exactly what she gave us. I do not recommend...
The service has always been outstanding every time I've visited. The staff genuinely care about their customers, and the food is always served fresh and hot. I definitely recommend trying their dessert as well; the mochi is scrumptious! The only change I would suggest is the music. Currently, they play popular song covers, but I think ambient music would enhance the atmosphere better. That said, it doesn't bother me too much.
I can't wait to return when they reopen, and I really hope they can bounce back. I will miss their amazing food!
As for accessibility, there is a ramp on the side of the restaurant, making it easy for those who use wheelchairs or crutches to access the side door.
Excellent pork broth ramen. Rolls are great except spicy crab roll which is sweet for no reason. Great value, fast service and excellent food. Probably the best Japanese restaurant in the poconos although I've only tried 1 other 1.
Fast service, been here twice, I never leave disappointed. At least with the ? noodles you can't go wrong.

Their tonkotsu ramen is the best I've had outside of Japan. 10/10. Try it with black garlic oil!
