I’ve been to this location a few times. I was a bit disappointed with my recent visit. The quantity and quality of food has taken a bit of a hit. The meatballs were good as were the risotto fritters. The calamari dish was half fried potatoes and not as much calamari for $14. I had the spinach salad which was very underwhelming. One of my favorite dishes here is the chicken parm and it was not like it was in the past. First off the serving size was smaller than the past and the bucatini noodles were hard to eat. Birthday dinner. I’m anticipating that due to recent price hikes for everything across the globes, restaurant does not offer any complementary desserts for special occasion was never offered. Our Waiter was very pushy and tried to get our order multiple times without our asking. He told us to wave him over when we were ready and then interrupted our conversation several times without warrant. We attempted to explain several times that we were there for a slow paced meal and finally relented on ordering our meals after barely finishing our appetizer. After dining that the Dublin location, I can see why they are rated number 1 in Columbus. Excellent service by our knowledgeable waiter, Austin. Great food and menu. It was nice to see the owner, Rick there, stopping at tables, making sure every guest’s order was up to par, something you don’t see in many restaurants these days.

Everything was so tasty- an Italian flavor explosion in your mouth! Steven was a great server! They had such a nice Congratulations chocolate mousse for our guest of honor who was celebrating a new job! We 'll be back!
Food was delicious, service was excellent, thank you Russell, and we appreciate that everything is made fresh. From, appetizer, to wine, to main dish, dessert and coffee, we loved it!
Something was off that night. Perhaps too many reservations? Very noisy and food was not as good this time around which is one of the main reasons for going there.
Great experience overall and the service was attentive and timely. Noise level was high but not unbearable.
