the hotel is located on the property of le club mougins, a diamond international timeshare resort where we were, the zafferano was a surprise. our selection of food, breast of duck, was delicious and we received friendly, professional service from our waitress. we only had dinner while we stayed here. Eating and service was a surprise of what I had expected from a restaurant before location in the resort. the restaurant could probably make a lot more shops with a little more advertising, we did not learn the name of the restaurant or that we could not calculate our meals in our room until we sit. I recommend this restaurant and would have rated it excellent if it had a little more atmosphere...
time was beautiful, so we ate outside. the staff was helpful and friendly. the menu had a reasonable selection of choice. the foo was well cooked and presented with portions of good size. the restaurant is located between the apartments, so one of them is to some extent neglected by the customers. It wasn't a problem. Therefore, the view of the area was limited. overall, a relaxing and pleasant experience
There's a new leader and I guess I have a new menu. I only had the chocolate mouse. I was delicious but not what I'm used to. It was thick and heavy instead of being light and mellow. We could feel it was made with good ingredients.

we stayed in the resort and went to dinner several times and to breakfast once. the omelet was one of the best I ever had. while the dinner menu is limited, eating is very good, staff and service is exceptional.
there are only six choices of main dishes and four each of admissions and desserts. servers are a little tense but when you get food, it is usually what you ordered and it is excellent.
very tasty and comfortable. from the pizza to the Italian specialties was every dish we tried excellent. the personal was gracious and attentive.
I had sword fish today. It was a realy good composition of taste. And the fish was a big portion of a wonderful white fish.
