Zaino - Table reservation

we visited this restaurant in past, eating was acceptable, but nothing special. this august, while we visit France, we thought we were drinking and coffee on the terrace (6 people). two server just ignored us, we waited for space in half. empty terrace. then simply decided to sit on the next table. the server (administrator?.who was this man I honestly cannot imagine). he immediately began to scream, spit into our faces and ask if we had the reservation. we apologized while we were shocked by this “service”. the kerl said that “normal people come into the restaurant to ask for the service “. and they will not accommodate. absolutely shocking.

enjoy another delicious dinner, still the same top quality cooking supported by excellent care service. pizza had a perfect base with full toppings and my wife had the caesar salad,both full generous help. atmosphere is perfect and fast service.

we have a zöliakiekind and are forever looking for gluten-free pizza and eating. zaino does what we think based on our experience, possibly one of the best totally gf pizzas outside italiens.

Insalta mista with a white joghurt Dressing and all dishes where you just taste garlic None of the chefs has ever worked eaten in Italy and you taste it.

amazing eating and great service. had great pizza, salad and sweet big portions. the staff was very friendly and punctual.
