my last meal at zango (I had already tested the chestnut restaurant before dinner in hell) was rather catastrophic. It is in any case an experience that led me to make the decision not to return. We were three looking for where to eat after having a drink in the corner. Certainly, we had arrived a little late (a little before 9:00,) so we had to wait a bit before we had a table (but now I understand, nothing to say.) the problems began when we were installed. He must have been 30 minutes before we took our orders and then he went back close to 3/4d'h before we were served and everything without explanation! We felt completely ignored (it would have been said that the servers avoided our eyes...
We had a good time with friends even if the place is noisy but it's normal with the bar. However, the restaurant and the bar are not in the same room, which is appreciable. we were on the restaurant side and the dishes are original (savors of different world cuisines in the same plate) while remaining simple and good. the service was a little long but there was a world between the bar and the restaurant to manage for the servers. ratio quality / price quite reasonable.
I went there with a friend who told me that the mood was nice and the really good dishes. I found it too! the welcome is nice but just a little waiting. It may be days/sevens.Special cheesecake on the back of ?????? (exotic fruit I forgot the name.) but the recipes change! (on the site the dish I chose is not there and the coulis of cheesecake is no longer the same ;)test for you and re-tester for me :d
zango is usually animated in the evening and seems to be a popular place. I haven't been there in a few years, but it seems that it has remained almost the same. we had the tapas discovery dish that is at 15€ per person. you get a fairly generous portion of almost all the tapas they have on the menu, and most, if not all, are good.
