The cashier had her back to us until I finally asked, "Are you ready?" She seemed unsure about how to process our order for two wings and things—one teriyaki and one tongue torch. I had to call over another employee for help. There were only three people working in the kitchen, while five others were just hanging out at the front counter and drive-thru. It took us 23 minutes to get our food.
I tried Zaxby’s for the first time and was impressed. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The food was delicious, and my order arrived quickly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even have one of those touchscreen Coke machines where you can create your own flavors and enjoy free refills. I would definitely eat there again!
I would have given no stars if that was an option. Absolutely terrible service. Waited in the drive through long for over 30 minutes… I was on the second car in line.. then ordered food and waited another 20 minutes. It’s literally an hour before closing and not even busy.

Placed a order on line at 615 and didnt get food till.7 . Alot of teenagers just hanging around doing nothing . I wont be back . Needa new management besides houng kids
Partner messed up my order, had to switch an item out. No complaints or issues from staff, even though it was 100% our fault. Highly appreciated the quality service!
I have no idea who the chef was, but the food was so incredible that I couldn't help but bite my fingers! I highly recommend this Zaxby’s.
This has to be one of the slowest Zaxby's I've ever been to. I thought the one at Isle of Hope was slow, but this location takes the cake. Book a table now
