So Zaxby's food is always good and quality; but management in this place must initiate its act. I was here several times, and expect 10 to 20 minutes to wait in the drive-thru and not just because of volume. Once you have paid, you are usually still at least 5 minutes from your meal. So good food and quality, but waiting is frustrating and frustrating consistent and really affects the experience
Wow. Imagine a world where you go to a Zaxby where the staff is friendly, the food was hot and the order was right. Unfortunately, this is a rare experience with such facilities. But what was delivered in a national holiday was no less. Excellent.
It was almost perfect. Team very nice and friendly, food It was well prepared with the extra sauces and dressings I ordered, the pommes were on the point, but only one thing, they forgot the ketchup, I would have gone back, but it was a long way.
Super sweet girl at the drive-thru really, if you had to wait for 30 minutes, you could not be mad at her. Good setting politely pleasant sweet good looking... Smart Move Manager.
