I love Zaxby's and occasionally drive the 20-25 minutes to go to one of the few in Virginia. It was irritating today as I did the mobile order only to be told I had to go inside without the drive thru. No problem, just pick up the order off the huge rack that is clearly identified. And they are right. Very easy to find. Got there early and stood there for 15 minutes. Barely any customers. Finally went to the counter and was given the food stone cold. Apparently it had been hidden from view basically, the whole time on the side. Absolutely ridiculous. I followed all their rules did everything asked of me and I get cold food because nobody could be bothered to just put it on this rack? I was j...
Did an online order pickup for this location after a spa day. The place so happen to be out of cookies no big deal the manager (younger lady refunded the money for it and also gave me a coupon to get free cookies when I come back along with chicken tenders I believe. She was super nice my order was great : she even tossed me in some extra nabs : late on posting this was 7/6/2022. Clean friendly location I?m not from the area
There was some type of leak and there was a huge puddle of water between the beverage machine and tables. There was but one way to go and that v was through the water. The employee finally came out to address it, but without a mop. Only a bunch of napkins. All of the napkins in the building wouldn't have been able to get that water up. They didn't even put up a we floor sign. Food was good though, so I'll give it a 3.
Visited here for brunch because their Cobb and Blue salad are good and the toasted bread that comes with it is a great combination. Just a bit upset because of the big lettuce stalk, not just one but two. Deep fried mushrooms taste really good. Store and bathroom were clean. We have to say that Yuriana is nice and kind in dealing with customers.
