Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

If you are looking for an excellent fried chicken place of the at least five or six we have in Starkville, this is the best. I was skeptical at first as I had been food poisoned by a different Zaxbys in the past. But this one blew me away. Have always ordered the Big Zax Snack and it never disappoints. Sprite is always fizzy and sweet, is never out at the drink machine, overall a great place. Garlic bread is perfect every time, the seasoning on the fries reminds me of some good memories, and the chicken is ALWAYS juicy. Couldn't ask for a better place to go grab something for the road or for movie time at the house. Staff is willing to converse and is always polite and friendly. 10 stars.

I was beyond annoyed . As a professional consumer if I ordered through the drive through it’s because I don’t want to get out of my vehicle but when I’m forced to get out because my mom doesn’t eat cold slaw with her fingers. Not to mention it’s lunchtime but not busy at all. My question is why didn’t I receive napkins and a fork? Not sure if there were no containers for cold slaw or if it’s a business move to cut back cost but either way it’s a bad idea because nobody like hot cold slaw and we don’t like seasoning salt on hot cold slaw but this is what happens when employees don’t think or don’t care because it’s not their food !!!

Definitely double check your mobile order. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and I even paid for an extra sauce. Didn’t receive the extra sauce or even the one that is included!!

This one store I've been to three times, not real happy with the service, and the time it takes to get your food. Two times it was wrong.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good was great and bathrooms were very clean.
