Ordered a wings platter 5.5 hours before pickup via the website. Arrived on time and the team members refused to fulfill order because they received the notice only an hour before pickup. They were not aware of how to give a refund.

Love the food and the people are nice but they NEVER GIVE YOU STRAWS WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE! Straws are essential. Feel like this is an easy fix.
