Had reservation Friday at 7pm through Open Table for our 10th Anniversary in Vegas. We got there on time and this restaurant was closed! I mean boarded up closed and apparently not to reopen. It would have been nice to know something from Open Table since they took the reservation. Needless to say it was difficult to find somewhere to eat that was decent at that hour. Completely ruined our Anniversary. Thanks Open Table. We won't be using you again. Do yourself a favor and just call the restaurants directly.
they fool at open table allowed me to book this restaurant and sent me a confirmation reminder 24 hours before my reservation. I probably passed the restaurant and noticed that it was closed. permanent. it would have been embarrassing to bring two customers to dinner in a restaurant that no longer existed. I look forward to her explanation. how do I trust your service in the future?
We had NO problem making reservations on OPENTABLE, even received a reminder email of our reservation that evening.....after looking for Zefferino's for EVER, we discovered it was closed for construction. Rather maddening.
Always make this a stop on our trips to Las Vegas, and this was another great time, had a friend with us and he enjoyed the food and service as well.. Look forward to our next time in town to stop in..

yes, zeffrinos is closed and has been for some time, but more open table has not divulge that and even confirms the reservation, so we were quite surprised when we arrived to find the place away.
fortunately, we found out that they were closed before our reservation and could make alternative plans. I was disappointed open table not send the notification
The food is truly incredible and service was very polite and helpful. Zupa di doge is highly recommended to all seafood lovers!
Very good service must visit for appreciation Food is fantastic do miss the desert with the coffee.
