Prolog… Ich kenne die Zeiskamer Mühle schon seit vielen Jahren. Aber nur vom Hörensagen. Das liegt zum einen an ihrer Lage. Das idyllisch gelegene Hotel Restaurant befindet sich etwas außerhalb des rund 2200 Einwohner zählenden „Zwiebel und Gemüsedorfs“ Zeiskam, in das es mich nur noch sehr selten verschlägt. Damals, vor 30 Jahren war das ganz anders. Mit 18 rannte ich öfter in „Zäääskäm“ rum, war zwar kein Sänger in ner Rock’n’Roll Band, aber meine damalige Freundin kam aus dem Ort. In der „Mühle“ wie die Einheimischen ihr bestes Haus am Platz gerne nennen , sind wir dennoch nie eingekehrt.
