I was drawn in by naruto themed ramen restaurant as I imagine everyone is there. Removing the art from the experience this place looked like they had a budget of $200 to build this place. I dont get the theme in this location as it didn't make me feel like I was eating at the same place as naruto or naruto could walk through the door at any moment. It just made me feel I was on a construction site turned restaurant. Their ramen was well portion however the noodles tasted
I came in here today to dine with a friend. Apparently we came to the wrong zen Ramen place but I decided to be optimistic and give it a shot anyway. It was a bit too overpriced for the quality of the food we were served. The Tonkotso Noodle was not hot. The egg was almost cooked all the way but it was tasty regardless. The place is a cool place. The people are really really nice. But the food is terrible. Almost no flavor. My chicken ramen taste like fish. The broth was so gross. My chicken was cold. I think this place gets all the hype because it’s Naruto themed. But just go somewhere else. It’s so bad. You can make better ramen at home I promise. I wanted to like it but it was not possible. Side note the gyoza was alright wish I would of just gotten that had I known.
Honestly the taste was alright, the chicken buns lacked the sauce, theyre usually generous with. They are also known for their beautiful presentation for their Sumo Chicken Katsu Dupbap felt very sloppy and I barely have enough rice, some of the chicken felt dry and hard to chew. also I didnt get my extra sauce. Ill always have love for this restaurant, just didnt deliver the quality and quantity I always know they do. Book a table now
Cool place to go with friends if you love Naruto. I?ve been here a few times and have enjoyed every sushi burrito I?ve tried. I was surprisingly impressed by the popcorn shrimp! If you?re ordering for multiple people, I will say the bill goes up quick but still a good place to come try if you haven?t.
Fun little ramen spot. It has a cute anime theme throughout. Good amount of options to pick from. We had 2 ramen bowls, a poke bowl, a sushi burrito, and gyoza. Staff were super nice and friendly. Service was quick as it was only about 10 min to get our order with a full restaurant. Highly recommend
Not my favorite Zen for sure, The food was good it was just the service. I can see you leaving the walk in cooler door open, and if you’re talking to a coworker it shouldn’t be so loud that I can hear it at the table. Kind of a weird spot, the one on Garfield is much better
Pretty good service but lack luster ramen. Wasn't the hottest but the noodles were okay. It had Naruto on the walls though and that was so cool. Book a table now
Really cute place with very quick service. Soup base was super rich. I just wish the egg was more soft boiled or marinated.
