As an Asian currently living in Singapore where your taste buds are trained to appreciate only the good kind of Asian food, I must admit that I am often wary of Asian food being prepared and served in restaurants outside of the region. However, not too long ago while visiting in-laws in the northern part of France, we were treated to lunch at Monsieur Wok - which they claim to be the closest to authentic Asian delights they could find in this side of France at least.
