We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order at the restaurant, which wasn't very busy. However, we noticed that another table arrived after us and got their drinks served before us. Despite there being 3 staff members present, the service was lacking. The quality of the steak was the worst we've ever had, the mushroom sauce was tasteless, and the vegetables were served cold in a separate bowl while the fries were hot. The steak was priced at $36, but the vegetables and fries came out before the steaks. We believe the restaurant should hire a new chef and provide professional training to their staff on what good service entails.
