Zento Japanese - Table reservation

I wish I could leave zero stars! Worst experience ever. I scheduled a pickup order for 7:30 pm, the earliest I was able to pick it up, but within minutes of placing the order, I got a text message saying it was ready for pickup — over an hour before my scheduled pickup time. I immediately called the store and asked them what was going on, and they said they didn’t realize it was supposed to be for 7:30 pm and that they would make it fresh for the correct time. When I arrived at the scheduled time to pick it up, my entire order was sitting out on a table — not even under heat. I asked if the food had been sitting out for over an hour and they said yes. I asked if they could remake it because...

We came in for dinner with a large party and the staff handled it so well. They didn’t seem stressed at all. They took our orders and did separate checks with no issues. There were no problems with getting the food to the right person or the checks to the right people. The food was amazing, some of the best sushi I have had. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this place.
