I was looking for a place to eat before I saw the Pilobolus Dance Comoany at The Joyce. Who knew I would find such an intimate and lovely jewel to eat by the luck of the Google search. The food was exquisite and with the help of our server/bartender we were steered toward an amazing meal. Absolutely the best falafel I've eaten outside of Tel Aviv/Yafo. My only problem was I didn't finish the amazingly warm and fluffy pita. To give you an idea of the service, a server ran out after we'd left because she thought we'd left our umbrella. It wasn't even ours but it just shows that the staff care about their customers. Go, eat, soak up the atmosphere. You will not be disappointed, I guarantee it.V...

As a huge fan of Mediterranean cuisine, the bar was high when I went to Zizi, and they delivered!I went with a bigger group so was able to try nearly all of the Z's, with my favorite being the Crazy Baba. It was different (and better) than other baba ganoush I've tried because of the unique charred eggplant flavor. We also got the burrata which was delicious, but not anything to call home about. Special mention for the Qahwah Martini if you like espresso martini's that have more of a spiced chai flavor, this is right up your alley!

ZiZi offers outstanding Mediterranean cuisine! We opted for the six Z's, allowing us to choose six dishes from a selection. Among the highlights were the falafels (we loved them so much we ordered two orders), the hummus, and the delicious Frenah bread that accompanied the meal. The bread was so good that we even ordered an extra plate.

Had a nice meal here. Appetizers were excellent. Lots of vegetarian choices. Had the salmon as an entree; not great. Stick with the appetizers. Very nice service.
