Zizzi - Table reservation

I made a reservation online for a family meal on New Year's Eve at this restaurant and it was a big mistake. When we arrived, we were informed that the heating was not working and no temporary heaters were available. Despite this warning, we decided to stay. The staff member who served us was polite and our drinks arrived promptly. We ordered a mixed platter to share as a starter, but it took a long time to arrive. We could see the chaotic atmosphere in the open kitchen with no communication between the staff and multiple meals sitting cold, waiting to be served. Visited on Saturday, table was booked for 6,30. We arrived slightly early and shown to our table. We were informed that we had to order online using the qr code, which we attempted but it wasn't working so we managed to get one of the servers to put the order through. Drinks came quickly. We had originally ordered garlic bread to come with our mains but when the server put it through it came as a starter which took an hour to arrive. We could see other tables that arrived at a similar time to us also still waiting for food. Once again, everything was perfect. We were looked after by a young lady named Georgia, who was excellent. She was attentive and professional, but also made us feel very welcome. The food, once again, was outstanding. Since Chloe took over as the manager of this restaurant, everything has improved significantly. The staff now seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and are attentive, accommodating, and friendly. The refurbishment was definitely needed and is very nice. If you haven't visited this restaurant in a while, definitely give it a try – you won't be disappointed.

only entered late lunch, received a great service and super delicious food. our waiter was very friendly and always standing by to make sure we had everything we needed. calamari and carbonara are my way into zizzi. the dessert menu looks amazing, unfortunately had no room for one. I look forward to the attempt of cocos and heavenly cakes on my next visit

Fabulous food, served quickly. Highly recommend the Lasagne and pizzas. Fast and friendly service. Really nice restaurant layout.
