Very disappointed that the previous excellent menu had changed so drastically. of the pasta/meat/fish and starters contained chilli and harissa in large amounts no subtle flavours there. The salmon and king prawn skewer was excellent but at was the last one. Everything...was served with tasteless French fries as no jacket potatoes were available. One starter was missed, despite the waitress double checking the order. The service was good, but the menu unimpressive. Will not be returning.
On Saturday we went for dinner to Zizzi. This restaurant was the only one which got us a table. Many restaurant didn't welcome us because there wasn't any available space. The Zizzi's staff very very kind and helpful! Excellent attitude and professional services. The dinner...was delicious and fresh. They gave us a seperate menue for my daughter who had food alergies. We are happy and we had an excellent dinner. Thank you very much!
in bath with some friends italian was the preference for lunch. zizzis delivered the food was deliciously plentiful. the lady who served us was very efficient friendly. nothing was too much annoyed. serve was a little slower than usual, but they had only two managers working in front of the house. beautiful decoration pleasant atmosphere. in any case worth a visit.
Waited about minutes for our drinks , starters took ages , waiter didn’t collect our dirty starter plates when bringing the main and expected us to use same dirty cutlery we had used for starters as he looked quite aggrieved when we asked for...clean cutlery , meals were stone cold so had to ask for replacements . Wouldn’t return , very disappointing . Book a table now
Really pleasant staff and service BUT three out of four main dishes served cold. The resturant cooks looked maybe or but no excuse for serving cold food at the Bath branch of Zizzi. I've used Zizzi many times in many cities but this...was by far the poorest. Such a shame as I took out of town family here
Good friendly staff and the food was good too. My wife's meal was cold when it arrived. it had been left standing while waiting form my meal to be cooked. Immediately taken away and NOT reheated but a fresh mean made. That did impress me....Staff very helpful restaurant not full but still busy enough
We had a pleasant dining experience at Zizzi's as always. The service was excellent, even though the restaurant was not very busy and some people left after we arrived. The calzone was fantastic and the desserts were delicious.
Great friendly service, think we had the manager serve us and she was great. Restaurant really busy and decent enough food for what it is. Wasn’t rushed at all which I like. Book a table now
Ordered for a home delivery, I won’t be using or visiting Zizzi again! Food was cold, hardly any cheese on the pizza, half the order was missing Wish I’d gone to McDonald’s
