I was visiting a friend who just came out of the hospital and decided to order 2 drinks and one pizza via Grubhub. I placed the order at 11:40. We waited more than an hour and was getting hungry. It's only a 9-10 minute drive from my friend's house. I could have walked to the restaurant in a shorter amount of time. It shouldn't take more than an hour. I'm definitely not ordering from here again. Update: It is now 2:20pm and I already had lunch elsewhere and it was much cheaper. I hope the delivery driver isn't stupid enough to actually come at 2:30. I'm not taking nothing and I told my friend not to answer the door. I called the restaurant at 1:10pm to see what is going on. Should've ordered pizza but I thought I'd try the veal marsala. Normally veal marsala does not have 10 cloves of garlic but this was loaded with it and the marsala sauce tasted like just mushroom gravy. I asked for pasta with no sauce but of course it came with sauce and it was awful. It tasted like it was just out of the can. I received some garlic knots that were drenched in garlic butter. It seems everything must come with garlic on it. I will say the salad that came with the meal wasn't expected but was very fresh and I did like the dressing. May go again but sticking with pizza.
Used the online ordering for delivery. After waiting more than an hour, I called to check on it. The guy who answered just said, We have no orders right now. I explained how and when I placed my order, and he just repeated himself verbatim. So, my card was charged $25, and I got no food, no apology, and no effort to make it right. That 's not just bad customer service, it 's theft. These folks are scammers.
So far I've had their tirimisu, cheesecake, manicotti, chicken parm pizza. My Italian friend said it was like his Mom used to make (their is no higher praise we've been all over the Richmond area looking for good Italian food). I cannot wait to try the entire menu! They do fast hot delivery or you can pick it up they do have a few tables inside out. Great prices too.

I ordered through doordash and called to make sure they had paper plates not only did she hook it up with the paper plates she hooked it up with a free salad just to be cool definitely I'm going to be recommending this place the hospitality and food top notch and for the people giving bad reviews everybody has a bad day give it a second chance
My family recently relocated to the neighborhood and we were eager to sample a nearby pizza joint. We decided to start with the garlic knots, and they did not disappoint - they were mouthwatering and drenched in oil. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the sauce, so I am looking forward to trying out other items on their menu!

Called the number on my receipt and it just sends me back to them who say I have no order. DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE!!!
Just called to place an order and the guy on the line was extremely rude and made it sound like he was being inconvenienced. Plenty of pizza out there, no need to put up with nasty service.
