The food is excellent. I want to start with that because the rest of the review is unfortunately negative. The problem we faced was perhaps a tired staff that had a long day. Our server was friendly but not too attentive. Our app of the meatballs came out quick which I shared with my wife relatively quickly. They were tasty and enjoyable. First I will say, if you can tolerate terrible service and other oddities, the food is good. That being said, when your server tells you there's only flavor of iced tea and then doesn't bring it until you have to ask about mins. later to find I told him there's no iced tea then you have to go find the server for a round of alcoholic drinks, then you hear them say there are no tea bags left and the coffee maker isn't working and finally watch him smell the creamer before putting it on the table at dessert, there's a problem! John was a great waiter! Fantastic service but they were out of steaks of any kind at on a Saturday night, and they played loud elevator music in the dining room. John was eager to help with both situations but someone seemed to think the music was âclassyâ and would not let him change it to something bearable. Probably the worst service I have ever received. Ordered shrimp tacos and after our guests entrees came out, told no shrimp tacos. Ordered another dish and waited over minutes. Never going back and recommend they retool with new kitchen staff and new servers. Other patrons had similar experiences and we all spoke about it together. Really, really bad.
The food was excellent. The music was a strange form of elevator music and vocals but way too loud for a dinner service. The service was awkward and amateurish but fine.
This is a difficult review If it was just the food, they'd get 4 stars for sure, but some of the mechanics were missing.
