Zuberoa es más que un restaurante, es una referencia obligada de la gastronomía vasca. No se puede poner un pero a ningún plato de la carta o de las opciones fuera de menú. Hemos podido pedir medias raciones tanto de entrantes como platos principales para poder degustar más platos y absolutamente todo está bueno. Un privilegio haber podido despedirnos de Zuberoa. Os deseo lo mejor a los hermanos Arbelaitz y al resto del equipo. Eskerrik asko!

fully recommended restaurant, in our case we enjoy a tasting menu with which to taste different dishes, everything to remember. we are looking to try dishes that will certainly be our choice on the next visit. totally recommended.
