the golden anker lies directly on the main passage in the center of windorf. a parking space is possible directly at a sackgasse between hotel and donau. Unfortunately, there are no hotel parking spaces so that they have to share the few places with the guests of the neighboring houses. parking is not available. it is a wellness hotel with saunas, halls and outdoor swimming pool and certainly all kinds of facilities offered to the beauty and well-being of the female guests looking for information: on the homepage there are them. the hotel has a restaurant that is separated into several rooms and where they can take the breakfast in the morning. A very well maintained and cozy wellness hotel in a free location right on the Danube arm. Rooms modern and lovingly renovated. Spacious balconies. A great spa area with indoor swimming pool, sauna etc., outdoor swimming pool with lawn. The Danube cycle path, located outside the door, invites you to cycling. A ship docker running the trip to Passau 2x a week. There are bakers, beverage market, supermarket, pizzeria and a farm inn. Bicycles can be rented at the hotel. It is pointed out that the noise of sports aircraft and railway lines is not disturbed. Around beautiful days incl. Bavarian hospitality. Very recommended. Rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, outdoor pool and beautiful views of the Danube, which is actually also the most beautiful. the rooms I found, although renovated, very small.
