I have been there twice now, one in the winter with a family, and another with my partner. The first time the food was ok, and service relatively good: fast but they did mix up the orders. Nothing major but it did happen. All in...all a passable if unremarkable experience. So since the food was passable in the first time, close to home, and the price ok price range for main if I remenber correctely, we decided to give it a second chance. This time I ordered Bifteki, and in comparison with other places it was just bland and dry. Hardly any taste at all. We make it a point to dine here whenever we are in Mainz. Excellent dishes, very reasonable prices, nice setting and friendly staff
