the selection and the tried dishes of the weekly changing lunch card as well as the evening card plus the additional cards (saving gel, pfifferlings) is always consistently good. the serving lunches with pre- and desserts are almost luxuriant, from vegetarian to fish and meat dishes everything is there. Special requests are taken into account. the price is reasonable to cheap, it goes fast without long waiting times, always well visited, the service constant friendly and the chef always good laughing and cheerful winking.Next so!
we were here spontaneously on Monday night, as we were looking for an open local in the düsseldorfer south. the restaurant is rustic, but cozy. very pleasant is the noise level that is often exhausting in other localities. There are many hearty meat dishes, but also fish and a few vegetarian foods. German cuisine with Croatian and Mediterranean impact I would say. the prices are very fair, the service was fast and courteous, eating very tasty. we are happy to come back!

in the new rat house you always get properly cooked dishes of German and Croatian cuisine, very meaty, with seasonal map like pfifferlings, wild dishes, economical season etc. Moreover, they have some well maintained rooms with breakfast.The facility is rustic, the publikum rather older, apparently with a lot of folklore. nicely managed family farm, good old beer!
even if for some people the local something old-baked appears for us is cozy and eating is excellent. there is a changing lunch table and evening you almost always have to order a table to get space. Keep going!
