10.11.21 Again ordered and properly eaten. 2 x beef liver with onions and rice and 1x cheese skewer with rice. The cattle liver was slightly pink and tastefully excellent, delicate, juicy and very well seasoned. The large vegetable pear rings slightly fritted and damped, the vegetable rice class.
