A very nice place in the old town of Nordhäuser. Very cozy, with very friendly service, delicious food and drink, a treat for body and soul. As a student, I was a guest here. And when I visit Nordhausen today, almost 50 years later, I feel just as welcome here as it was. With friends we sit here cheerfully with good food and drink and an evening passes quickly. The prices are moderate, my favorite foods are beef with roast potatoes or also rust beef. There is something for every taste, as is the delicious beer. The socks are part of the ensemble of traditional dining rooms in the old town of Nordhäuser. While the restaurant itself is a traditionally typical pub, the beer garden located behind the building is a real secret tip! Here you sit on a small hill, shielded from the surroundings in really beautiful surroundings. The dishes in the socks are thirsty regional, quite meaty (what we like) and of good quality. Everyone gets satt. The beverage card is worth a closer look; the wines and spirits offered contain a few treasures. Very friendly service, great home cooking. Good portions. Were there 2 times during our stay because it was so delicious. Wild specialities are highly recommended. Beautiful beer garden. Our dog wasn't even the top of the stairs, there was a bowl of water. goods there with a larger group and all were very satisfied
Solid German kitchen with authentic atmosphere in Biergarden. Weather offered to side out in their biergarden. The menu card is rich with solid German diet. Both the Sandart file and the Slagter plate delivered are good evening meal. Don't have previously served kidney at the restaurant. But it surprised positive.
