I have used this bar since it first opened a few years ago now: it has a selection of draught beers which is unusual for Germany and certainly Cochem. It's name might help you guess the house Pilsner: yes it is Warsteiner. The also sell...draught Kolsch and Alt, they even have an Octoberfest beer on during that time of the year. All wooden and Alpine like inside with a mostly young and lively crowd in during the weekends and later on midweek nights. serive has always been friendly and the beer quality has been fine too. never eaten here, or seen anybody else eat either, so haven't witnesssed the food. I have been here several times through the years, the atmosphere is always good, the room is very pleasant, and the beer is good. Unfortunately the brand Warsteiner has got worse through the years since but they do have other very nice brands

Spend a good few hours here, it is mainly a bar. It can seem a little dark and smoky but it does have a good atmosphere. We had a great time drinking lot of beer and follwed by snaps !

great pub, ideal to see football. very fair prices and no smoking ban. happy to come
