Traveling to smaller cities in Brazil as a vegan can be very hard, especially in regions like this, where meat consumption is very high. Zuppa's offers of various soups, a possibility of salad, not only salads and tomatoes, a customizable bruschetta (you just have to ask for it to come without the cheese) were honestly a relief. It is not an exaggeration to say that most places here do not have a completely vegan option on the menu next to Fritten. The dishes, tasty, well served and carefully described on the menu, as well as the friendly staff, made Zuppa a very nice way to finish our day in Cambará.
