.and many other great foods: zanderfilet, schnitzel, late tent etc. two of our favorites were the forellenpastete with wonderful forellenrogen in gurke and the best kartoffellatke I have ever eaten; and the full trout, slightly fried with a Meunière sauce, with perfect salt potatoes and a fresh green beilagen salad. we have eaten twice and the second time with obstler, pana cotta and with apples filled donuts to die, served with a supplement vanilleeis, finished.
happy surprise at a rainy lunch in ulm, a small and fine city crossed by the river and shows the old fashion side of the German. the whole thing and the war in the inner are so nice and the last message. eating is not only German, but a Thai influx is already transferred to fresh vegetables and river fish in the best way. my fish soup and the fishery cellar were excellent! to the next time

I am not sure who has served the previous critics, but we had an excellent service in this restaurant (something lacks in many Australian restaurants). we had the 3-course menu that was very delicious, especially of course the trout. only warning: you should be hungry. I had the best aperol pointed. we will see if they can beat in italia.
the best fish restaurant I've ever been. the selection of fishing is quite limited (mostly forellen), but this is simply wonderful. the building and its surroundings are very charming. reservation is recommended.
beautiful environment, excellent eating and slow service. I had the trout tartar, trout main dish and poked plums with walnut ice cream. everything was of good quality and freshness, as one would expect.
