Finally, a restaurant found in Vogtland, the Mondays and even. Just the two guests. In the restaurant very fresh and somewhat unpleasant. Unfortunately we were disappointed with food. Bratkartoffeln with sülze were edible, but not necessarily the Burner. I had sour roasts with red cabbage and lumps. The most tasty were the lumps. Red cabbage very sour and the acidic frying did not go. Very hard meat and sometimes tasted for old beef. You don't have to go again.
Professionelle Kochkunst trifft Familienbetrieb. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Schnuckligen kleiner Biergarten vor der Gaststätte genossen. Ob Schnitzel, Fisch oder Burger man kann nicht viel falsch machen. Die Karte ist übersichtlich aber dennoch ist für jeden was dabei. Es machte alles einen hausgemachten Eindruck und war liebevoll angerichtet. Am Ende war leider nur noch Platz für ein halbes Dessert. Aber teilen ist ja auch schön.
Mittagessen schon immer eine Geschmacksache. Ich finde, Bratkartoffeln sollten wenigstens eine kleine bräune und in Scheiben geschnitten serviert werden. Als gewürfelte in Fett geschwengte Kartoffeln,finde ich das nicht gut. Ansonsten,gute Bedingungen. Achja, ganz schlimm die Toiletten. Kellner was very nice and friendly and always at the guest. But was shocked by the owner behind the vault..
