Had extensive conversation about what to order. Waitress took order and was great. However, the order never made it in. Owner rudely acknowledged the error and began arguing with us. We waited a long time and due to the rudeness felt they should comp the missed order of ravioli and not wait 20 more minutes for food. After expressing our concern and agreeing to go ahead and pay, the owner refused to take the order. Very disappointing to say the least!
Great service and atmosphere! I was here last week to grab a pizza during a Brahmas game.I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because they were absolutely slammed. Took 45 minutes to get a small pizza. But honestly it was not that great. I will try them again next time I go to NYTEX.
Here from out of town for a hockey tournament, came in and enjoyed mozzarella sticks, while watching the game from the window seats.
A very casual no frills place. If you want a quick pizza or drink it's a good place. Friendly staff.
