"Can’t recommend Shay Trainor highly enough. I had a running injury a few months ago and went to see a physio in London who was unable to diagnose the issue but thought it was related to my hip. I was left unsure how to progress. I went to see Shay today who has assessed it as a piriformis syndrome and given me some exercises to work on. I am so relieved to have a diagnosis and also to have received expert advice on how to get back into running and fitness. A huge thank you to Shay. Your help is greatly appreciated."

"We went in on Saturday around 4pm and ordered two coffees and two pastries (a croissant/cookie and a cornflake brownie). I rarely leave reviews but the quality of the food was so so poor. The cornflake brownie was more like a ganache, with the cornflakes inedible. They were chewy and stale. Similarly, the croissant/cookie was very stale. They also got one of our coffees wrong.
