Well, you can't complaint about meat quality.. and frankly, the meat taste all right for me, not so bad!
Calamari they use is the frozen Crumbed calamari you can find in any supermarket seafood freezer section.
The jus, was a little runny, came from Maggie Beef Jus Lie packs. They do put a little effort with scenting the jus with some fresh herbs.
Star management must so desperate getting all the gambler to play in the house, and subsidy the cost to attract attention.
