"I visited the restaurant on 3-17-2024 and encountered two employees who were both rude and unprofessional. They didn't even greet me or make any effort to be friendly. They just asked what I wanted in a snotty attitude. I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I didn't catch their names, but this incident occurred at 3:39 pm. Please check the security cameras to see the one male employee completely ignore me, grab his binder, and walk away without saying a word."

"My mother turned 92 today, so naturally, she wanted to celebrate with dinner at Ridge Terrace! We were so glad to have our favorite server, Anita—she's incredible! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was rustic and laid-back, and the staff was always welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant!"
