"I was a bit disappointed that the manager walked around talking on her speakerphone, which felt unprofessional. However, Casey, our sandwich artist, was fantastic. She crafted everything perfectly. My biggest pet peeve is when the bread gets crushed, but Casey managed to keep it as fluffy as my towels after a good wash. Hats off to you, Casey! Great job!"
