"Darauf freuen wir uns das ganze Jahr: auf unsere Besuche in der "Gletschermühle". Besonders die Kärntner Nudelgerichte (gefüllte Nudeln in der Art großer Ravioli, wie Kasnudln, Kletzennudeln (gefüllt mit Trockenobst) und Ronnennudeln (Fülle u.a. aus Roten Rübern = Rote Beete), die von Wirtin Simone selbst zubereitet werden - das gibt's fast nirgends mehr in dieser Qualität. Aber natürlich ist die Speisekarte viel größer. Wirt Thomas serviert, bei Schönwetter auch vor der Hütte - ein Erlebnis."
