Edelweissalm - Table reservation

Nice little hut next to the slopes, but on a busy lunch, the kitchen struggled to keep up. We had to wait for hours for Schnitzels, pretty much wasting our afternoon of skiing. We asked for some bread for the kids, as they...were very hungry waiting, and the lady at the bar said, that everyone else is also waiting and that the staff had only hands !!! How arrogant! I told her, that they should then close half the restaurant if the kitchen cannot keep up, but they are obviously too greedy to do that. The waiter was also totally unapologetic! And the waiters were hiding, when the kitchen was not delivering, so we could not even order more drinks. When something like that happens, one expects s...

Been here times for lunch. Every time was a dissapointment. First occasion the waitress was in a bad mood, second time the waiter started to accuse us of swearing which was not the case but no apologies was offered and time we asked...to leave something out the sauce on the hamburger but they were unwilling to be flexible and we were told we should take the hamburger as is. Coming to Edelweiss and we also enjoyed. This year it was terrible and avoided to place for the rest of the week. Recommend to go to K-Alm.

We were lucky to have a lunch after the crowd left (after PM) The service was excellent (nearly no other people). The soups were delicious, the Kaiserschmarl was not less good. The atmosphere, and the place (all-in all) was very good.

Near the bottom of the main ski run a nice hut with a good size outdoor terrace which catches the sun at lunchtime. Great place for a drink or light lunch. Food reasonably priced with a reasonable range of local dishes.

Nice place to rest after a ski or a walk. The staff are super friendly. They've got homemade hollunders off and very nice cashmere!
